Hotel Gift Shop Merch Design

The Hotels gift shop was the first place that I got started selling my merchandise. I used my own digital art inspired by animals and scenery on San Juan Island to make clothing, postcards, and mugs. The process of designing the products and the reception I got from selling them really got me into making physical things with my art. I really enjoyed seeing the joy on customers faces, and being able to offer unique, and personal souvenirs. The product line was continued the following year with new designs, and I even started making seperate collections souvenirs to be sold in person back home in NY. This venture shifted my views on art and creative work, as for the first time I was able to make something real and meaningful for others with my art.
